Are your products safe for dogs with food allergies?
All our products are gluten and wheat-free, making them suitable for dogs with gluten and wheat allergies. We also offer a peanut free and dairy free cookie treat option (Pumpkin Gingerbread and Snickerdoodle respectively). We prioritize using high-quality ingredients that are safe and easily digestible for all dogs.
How should I store your cakes and cookies?
Our cakes should be refrigerated or put in freezer immediately upon receipt. Cakes can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 6 months. Cookies are best stored in a cool, dry place for up to 6 weeks or frozen for up to 3 months.
Do you offer custom cake designs?
Currently our cakes are written on with a personalized message in either blue or pink writing with each cake adorned with our handmade, dog safe sprinkles. Look out for other personalized designs in the near future.
Can I order in advance for a specific date or event?
Absolutely! Our baking and decorating time for your pup’s special cake takes 2-3 days with shipping taking an additional 1-3 days. We recommend placing your order in advance of 8-10 days, especially for milestone celebrations like birthdays or gotcha days. Simply specify your event date and we will ship your cake to arrive within approximately 2 days of that date.
Do you ship your products nationwide?
Yes, we offer nationwide shipping for our cakes and cookies! Please note that shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location but typically take 1-5 days.
Are your products suitable for puppies and senior dogs?
Absolutely! Our treats are suitable for dogs 6 months and up; from playful puppies to wise seniors. Just be sure to adjust portion sizes accordingly, and always supervise your dog during treat time.
Can I return or exchange my order if I'm not satisfied?
We strive for customer satisfaction, and while we do not accept returns; if you're not completely happy with your order, please contact us, and we will work with you to address any concerns and find a suitable solution, whether it's a refund or replacement.
